Dear Members,
We hope your summer is going well and this letter finds you in good health. We are pleased to announce the formation of the Young Israel of Hollywood-Ft. Lauderdale, Inc. message board.
This message board will create an easy and efficient way for people to communicate their needs for services (babysitter, housekeeper, health aid), for items to borrow, for finding rides, for extra housing at holidays, for lost and found in our neighborhood, for chesed opportunities and for giving away unwanted items to others who are in need of them. Finding a learning partner, looking for a basketball game or wanting to borrow a book is another way that the message board could be utilized. We will also list upcoming shul & neighborhood events. The opportunities to help each other are endless.
There will be moderators who will be reviewing the message board to make sure that access is granted to approved members, that policies are followed, and to ensure that the message board runs smoothly. The moderators are volunteers who shall remain anonymous. The message board is currently for the use of shul members only. Anyone logging onto the Young Israel of Hollywood-Ft. Lauderdale, Inc. message board will be able to see your postings.
