Funeral and Shiva Information
We regret to inform the congregation of the passing of Jared Bienenfeld, beloved son of our members Howard and Carol Bienenfeld.
The funeral will take place Tuesday 3/11 at 12 noon in the Sanctuary at Young Israel of Hollywood - Ft Lauderdale: 3291 Stirling Rd. Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33312.
Please note that Kohanim will not be able to attend the service in person and are invited to participate via Zoom.

Due to limited parking, please walk or carpool to the funeral.
Interment will follow at 2:30pm at Menorah Gardens: 21100 Griffin Rd in Southwest Ranches.
Shiva will be observed first at the home of Howard and Carol Bienenfeld through Friday morning in Arapahoe: 5921 SW 33rd Lane, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33312.
Visitors are welcome at the following times:
Tuesday: After the funeral until 11pm
Wednesday: until 11pm
Thursday (Taanit Esther) After Shacharit until Mincha at 7:05pm. Howie will hear Megillah Reading at shul on Thursday night. Please no visitations Thursday night after 7pm
Shiva minyanim in Hollywood on the following schedule:
Tuesday: Mincha/ Maariv at 7:15pm
Wednesday Shacharit at 8am and Mincha/ Maariv at 7:15pm
Thursday (Taanit Esther) Shacharit at 8am, Mincha/ Maariv at 7:05pm
There will not be Megilah reading at the shiva house on Thursday night
Friday (Purim) Shacharit at 7am
There will not be Megilah reading at the shiva house on Friday morning.

The Bienenfelds will then travel to New Jersey for the rest of shiva. Shiva will be observed Saturday night through Monday morning at 670 Palmer Avenue, Teaneck, NJ.
Visitors are welcome in NJ at the following times:
Saturday night: from after Shabbat until 11pm
Sunday: from after Shacharit until 11pm
Shiva minyanim in NJ:
Shacharit: Sunday and Monday at 8am
Mincha/ Maariv: Sunday at 6:50pm
