Flyer Request Policy

To ensure efficient and timely creation of flyers for your committee's events, we have
established the following guidelines:

1. Event date requests must be cleared with YIH office. Please contact the Shul office to
make sure your desired date is available and then added to the calendar.

2. If you are creating your own event flyer, please send the flyer to the Shul office for
approval before publicizing and sending out. All flyers must include YIH logo. 

3. If you are requesting the Shul office to create your event flyer please submit your
request "no less then three weeks" - we'd like requests as early as possible. 

4. The designed flyer will be sent to the committee/individual whom requested the flyer
for approval before distribution. Prompt feedback is appreciated to maintain the
timeline.

5. All flyers that are to be included in Hashavua, Monthly Bulletin, and TV screen should be
sent to announcements@yih.org
