Details you need to know...

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

Joining the game:

• Online registration is required. Sign up below.
• You will receive an email at 9:45 PM on Saturday night with login instructions.
• IMPORTANT: You must be logged in to Zoom to participate. It is not possible to connect anonymously like you can do with other Zoom events. If you don't have a Zoom account, create one here.
• Please be on time! Note the timeline below.

Setting up your devices:

• A laptop (PC or Mac) will work best. Phones, tablets, and Chromebooks are not as functional for Zoom events.
• Video must be enabled at all times.
• In addition to the device you use to connect to Zoom, you'll also need a phone from which you can use Whatsapp during the game.
• Your laptop should be located where you can easily see the screen, AND where you have space to move around while remaining visible on camera.

Here's the timeline for the evening:

• 9:55 pm: Zoom opens. Feel free to socialize
• 10:10 pm: Explanation of rules
• 10:15 pm: Zoom session locked. It will not be possible to join after 10:15.
• 10:15 pm: Everyone will be divided into two teams. You will have a brief team meeting at this time.
• 10:20 pm: LET THE GAMES BEGIN!
• 11:15 pm (approximately): Winners announced
