Women Only Megillah Reading

I commit to actively ensure social distancing and safety measures as has been mandated by the shul. Masks (covering nose and mouth) must be worn at all times. Multi-ply masks (surgical, kn-95 or cloth) are preferred.

I commit to not attending in the event that I have been ill in the past 14 days, or am showing any symptoms of illness.

• Cough - Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing  (not allergies or COPD)
• Chills - Repeated shaking with chills  
• Muscle pain  
• Headache  
• Sore throat  
• Loss of taste or smell  
• Diarrhea and fever
• Feeling feverish or a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit  
• or have had any known close contact with a person who is lab-confirmed to have COVID-19 or in contact with someone being tested for COVID -19 within 10 days from the last exposure, unless I have antibodies or have been vaccinated.

I understand that the issue of Safek Pikuach Nefesh still stands above all others, and if circumstances change the shul may change or cancel minyanim with little or no notice.

I commit that if I test positive or suspect that I have contracted COVID-19 I will immediately contact Rabbi Weinstock or Rabbi Frieberg
