YIH Cares

Young Israel of Hollywood Cares (YIHC) is a project of the Young Israel of Hollywood-Fort Lauderdale dedicated to providing support to low-income families that have either lost their jobs or have fallen on hard times. We offer assistance to those in need within our community and the surrounding area.  YIHC provides a range of services to the community, such as providing funds for Passover and other holidays, assisting with job connections, and offering financial counseling. YIHC not only provides financial guidance, but also helps alleviate the stress that it can cause. YIHC is a strictly confidential service with zero-operating costs. Our mission is to help individuals and families in need achieve financial stability and independence by ensuring that they can access available resources.
